I think you'd be better off just pretending they only came to find you after you dealt with Alduin, to be honest, messing with console commands can very easily bork entire questlines. Like, some people try to kill me, but instead of tracking down their leader so I can make sure they never attempt to kill me again, I'll go and do some random crap for a few weeks. As long as you didn't go to Solsthein after finding the orders on the cultists, but continued with the main quest you don't need to restart the Dragonborn quest. If anyone can suggest anything, you'd be a real help. I've tried setstage and getstage DLC2MQ01 00, 10 and 20, but that either seemingly didn't do anything or advanced the quest too far. I've tried using console commands to fix the problem, but I'm not really sure what the correct console command is. I've tried removing Dragonborn from the data files list, but removing it causes the game to crash at the title screen. I've already had the cultists attack me, but it was when I was in the middle of the MQ, and now that it's finished I want to start the DLC fresh.
